• It has a SD-Card slot
• Runs on Android 4.2
• Very responsive screen
• Great for watching videos
• Runs grant all the apps, except heavy 3D games
• The Android OS is stock
• Strong built
• Easy to root
• Light and small

Cons

• Weak battery, of only 1000mAH. In 2-3 hours is totally drained
• Bad camera, that makes awful pictures
• Glossy screen makes it unusable outside
• Audio quality is poor, even on headphones (background noise)
• Small internal storage
• Short USB cable
• Gets hot while charging
• Distracting led

Conclusion

iView CyberPad 420TPC is about the cheapest tablet that you can find on the market. It doesn't shine in any aspect, besides the price. Is good for carrying around as a e-reader, email checker or video player, but don't expect to use it for gaming because it just doesn't have the power. Also the biggest drawback of this CyberPad 420TPC is the small battery, that, if you are lucky, will last for a maximum of 3 hours. But at this price it offers enough.
