D.A.R.E. (Drug Abuse Resistance Education), is a program implemented in schools, that prevents the students from becoming gang members, substance consumers and violence. D.A.R.E has helped prevent use of drugs in elementary, middle and high school students.

- D.A.R.E gradates don't don't stay clean for long period of times, and their attitudes about drug uses, social skills and attitude toward the police, comes back
- D.A.R.E violates the Hippocratic Oath
- Student's response to D.A.R.E. is a negative one
- Parents are deceived with a false sense of security when their kids are in the program.
