Pros

  • Outstanding image quality.
  • Great color reproduction, after some little adjustments.
  • Full 1080p image.
  • Three HDMI ports.
  • Very good price.
  • Easy to set-up.
  • Lightweight and slim design.
  • Intuitive and easy to use menus.
  • Bright and large screen,
  • 3.5mm audio jack (not available on the majority of Smart TV's).
  • Slim bezels, make the TV look very stylish.
  • Very good view-angles.

Cons

  • Many of them are broken out of the box.
  • Tends to malfunction fairly easily, after a few months of use.
  • The sound quality could have been better.
  • Remote controller doesn't respond well.

Conclusion

Seiki SE40FY27 is a Led TV with a large panel, and a cheap price, that will make a great choice for a entry Led TV. It produces a beautiful image, high quality colors reproduction, the display is fairly bright and has good view angles. The only reasons to not by this TV is the bad audio quality and the risk of getting a broken TV, or one that will stop working in a few months, so is somewhat of a gamble with this TV.
