Small Review:
Max, the main protagonist of Max & the Magic Marker arrives home from school one day and finds his younger brother Felix playing in his room and smashing his beloved toys. Being annoyed by his little brother Max searches online on the search engine website “Giggle” for a way to get rid of Felix.
Pro and Cons of Max: The Curse of Brotherhood
Pros
- Well made puzzles
- Nice graphics and a good soundtrack
- The magic pen is a great idea
- The puzzles in the beginning are quite engaging
- Max is an well made character
Cons
- Too much trial and error to pass the levels
- Most of the puzzles have only one solution
- The pen is hard to control with the analog stick
- Shallow story
- Puzzles get repetitive
- Most of the actions requires very accurate moves
Conclusion
Max: The Curse of Brotherhood is a average puzzle game... It brings some nice new elements into this kind of games but the puzzles requires to much accurate moves, else you will fail. But it also has great graphics and a nice soundtrack, and for anyone who likes hard and precise puzzle games this is a good title to play.
