• Runs very smooth, no lag whatsoever
• The touchscreen response is sharp

• Good looking Super-Amoled display with amazing contrast
• Intuitive interface

• Easy to use and learn

• The overall design looks pleasant

Cons

• Battery life is not so good
• No good browsers available
• The app store lacks many popular apps that are available on android and ios
• The overall phone looks kind of cheap and seems to be fragile
• Not many options to customize the interface
• The camera isn't to "bright"
• Many of them have dead pixels, from factory

If you are looking for a cheap alternative to an android phone Samsung Focus SGH-I917 is a good starting point. It is a snappy phone with a gorgeous and large display. It is easy to use and anyone can learn it in a day or two. Has built in office documents editors and a good internet browser. They could have put a better camera and a bigger battery, but then the price would have been much higher.
